HighLow Deposit Methods

HighLow deposits can be traded instantly depending on the deposit method you choose.

Bank Transfer

The first is bank transfer. If you have ever transferred money somewhere, you will understand bank transfer.

Next is the credit card deposit that I always use. The credit card payment method is always the same procedure as when shopping online.

Just enter the money to be deposited, enter the card number, enter the name, and enter the security pass.

Please log in to the transaction page and click the "+" displayed to the right of the account balance. Please select VISA card, Mastercard from the newly displayed window. After selecting, enter the desired deposit amount and press the deposit button. Also, please check the following precautions.

How to make a Deposit

Credit Card

This time, I will make a simple and immediate credit card deposit as I always do.

If you want to start trading immediately, please select credit card deposit.

Step 1: Go to My Page

First, Go to the website of HighLow and log in from the website.

After logging in, go to the deposit page.

When you move the arrow to My Page, the menu will be displayed automatically, so please click "Deposit/Withdrawal".

Step 2: Enter the amount you want to deposit

After moving to the deposit screen, open the credit card input screen.

Once opened, select the deposit amount and credit type and click “Deposit”.

Step 3: Enter 3D Secure

Once clicked, the deposit process will begin.

Enter Verified by Visa and click Submit.

The deposit process is now complete.


Bank transfer

A domestic bank transfer is a way to send money from your bank account to a HighLow account.

Step 1: Log in to My Page of High-Low and select "Bank Deposit" .

Step 2: High-Low’s bank transfer destination will be displayed, so execute the transfer from each bank.

*At that time, it is necessary to enter the name of the transfer requester as "full name + High-Low ID". HighLow ID is a 2-digit Romaji + 6-digit number ID.


Bitcoin

It is also possible to deposit with Bitcoin.

Step 1: Log in to My Page of High-Low and select “BITCOIN” as the deposit method.

Step 2: Enter the deposit amount. Please note that the minimum deposit amount is 5,000 yen.

Step 3: When you press the deposit button , you will be transferred to the “bitpay” screen and the “Scan” and “Copy” buttons will appear.
　
"Scan" is a method of depositing by completing the procedure with a terminal that can read the QR code, such as a smartphone.

The remittance amount and remittance destination have already been entered on the terminal, and payment is complete if you make a payment with your Bitcoin wallet.

"Copy" is a method of procedure and deposit when there is no QR code reading environment.

Copy the displayed address and paste/enter it in the remittance contents of the Bitcoin wallet.

If there is no problem with the remittance destination information, the payment will be completed and the payment will be completed.

It may take up to 10 minutes for the payment to be reflected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a fee for depositing money?

There is basically no fee for depositing HighLow. However, you will have to bear the bank transfer fees yourself.

If you do not want to pay the transfer fee, please use credit card deposit or bitcoin deposit.

Can I deposit from jcb?

It is not possible to deposit with a jcb card. For credit card payments, only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted.

Can I deposit money during maintenance?

You cannot apply for a deposit during maintenance.

During maintenance, you will not be able to use all functions such as deposits and transactions.

I made a mistake in the payment amount, can I get a refund?

Cancellation is not possible after deposit request. If you accidentally deposit too much, it is troublesome, but let’s make a withdrawal request.

Is it possible to deposit on Saturdays and Sundays?

Deposits on Saturdays and Sundays are possible. Credit card and bitcoin deposits will be reflected immediately, but please note that bank transfers will be reflected on Monday.
