How to Open a HighLow Trading Account on a PC

1. Visit the HighLow homepage and click "open an account".

2. At the registration page, enter all the required information below

How to Open a HighLow Trading Account on a smartphone

First, click the link to go to the page shown in the image below.

Let’s scroll down, you will see some fields to enter items like the image below.

• Country of residence: Japan
• Name (Kanji): Enter your name
• Name (Kana): Enter your name in katakana
• E-mail address: Enter an e-mail address (yahoo, Gmail, etc.)
• Password: Enter your own password

The next screen presents the following information:

• Postal Code: Enter your postal code
• City/county name: Auto-input with postal code
• Town/Za name: Auto-input by zip code
• Chome: Enter chrome
• Building name: Enter the building name if there is one
• Date of Birth: Enter your date of birth
• Gender: Choose your gender
• Phone Number: Enter your mobile phone number
• Legal documents: check the documents 

After completing the application for opening an account up to the above, you will be transferred to the screen for uploading your identity verification documents.

The account opening period of HighLow is about 1-3 days. This is the number of days it takes to successfully submit an account opening application, identity verification documents, and mail.

Is there a maintenance fee after opening an account?

Once you open an account, there is no account maintenance fee with HighLow.

Can I open multiple accounts with HighLow?

You may be wondering if you can open multiple accounts in HighLow but basically, you cannot open multiple accounts in HighLow.

If you really want to use more than one, you can only use your parent’s account or your brother’s account, or if you are married, have one of you open an account.

HighLow can apply to open an account on Saturdays and Sundays.
